Attention Ladies: Hubble’s Coming to Town!
On Thursday, April 14, Robert Redford will be in DC to accept an award at the National Wildlife Federation's 75th Anniversary Gala. He is being honored for helping to lead conservation efforts for over 35 years. This annual celebration recognizes individuals and organizations that have made outstanding contributions to protecting wildlife through education, advocacy, and on-the-ground conservation.

First Lady Michelle Obama will also receive a conservation award for her Let's Move! initiative, which focuses on eradicating childhood obesity through education, healthy eating habits and encouraging youth to get outside and explore America’s great outdoors. The black-tie optional soiree will be at the Hyatt Regency Capitol Hill (400 New Jersey Ave. NW; closest Metro: Union Station).
